Any voice cloned using JSF Labs is fully the responsibility of the user. You must own the rights or have explicit consent from the speaker. Cloning public figures, private individuals, or copyrighted voices without authorization is strictly prohibited.
All generated audio, content, and cloned voices are used at the user's own risk. JSF Labs holds no liability for misuse, impersonation, fraud, political influence, or illegal distribution of generated audio.
Uploaded voice samples, cloned voices, and generated audio may be temporarily stored for processing and playback purposes. We do not permanently store raw user audio unless explicitly saved by the user.
All unused characters, voice generation credits, and processing limits expire automatically after 30 days from purchase or activation. Expired characters are non-refundable and non-transferable.
We implement advanced encryption, access control, and cloud security protocols. However, no digital system is 100% secure. Users acknowledge and accept inherent internet security risks.
JSF Labs strictly forbids usage for scams, deepfake extortion, impersonation, election interference, hate speech, adult content, harassment, fraud, or misleading audio distribution.
JSF Labs complies with international data protection regulations including GDPR and applicable digital safety laws. Users are responsible for local legal compliance in their own jurisdiction.
JSF Labs reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account violating policies without prior notice. Law enforcement cooperation will be conducted when legally required.
